Our Ministries

At Little Platte you will find solid Biblical messages, combined with a worship time featuring a blend of contemporary praise, and traditional hymns of the faith. 

We believe that prayer is an integral part of our Christian life.  We are a praying church.  Praying for guidance, for understanding, spiritual wisdom, and for the needs of others.

We believe that Bible Study allows us to know who God is, and who we are in relation to Him.  In our small group times we strive to stimulate both group and personal study of God's Word.

We believe that we are called to meet the needs of others, and that begins at home with our faithful support of local food pantries, clothes closets, and the care of those struggling with physical needs.  We also reach out through Christmas Stores and related programs.

We support missionary efforts through our denomination's structure (Southern Baptist Convention).  This allows us to coop funds and reach out through children's camps, senior citizen housing, adoption programs, inter-city needs, and more throughout North America.  

We support missionary work through our denomination's structure (Southern Baptist Convention), Avant Ministries, Samaritan's Purse, and other special offerings to meet the needs of others around the world.
